His leadership at DigitalNexus centers on structuring creative financial solutions that enable data center developers and operators to scale efficiently.
Bio :
Blaine Burke is an experienced leader in infrastructure and capital markets, with a strong track record across the power, oil & gas, and real estate sectors. He began his career at Whitehall and Company Investment Bank in New York, where he closed over 15 transactions, representing $18 billion in capital commitments. Blaine went on to co-found an energy company in Houston, which was successfully sold to private equity in 2020.
Prior to co-founding DigitalNexus, Blaine served as Managing Partner at MCX Capital, where he specialized in structuring large-scale infrastructure and capital solutions. His ability to build strategic alliances and manage complex capital arrangements makes him a key driver of growth at DigitalNexus, helping developers scale quickly with cost- effective capital strategies.

Chris Mullaly’s career spans investment banking at Barclays, private equity at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, and leadership roles in finance and operations. He has led M&A, fundraising efforts, and structured transactions ranging from multimillions to billions in value, bringing invaluable experience in forging capital partnerships, which is essential for accelerating speed to market—one core reason national developers, owners, and operators choose to partner with DigitalNexus. His unique and deep experience in the telecommunications infrastructure sector strengthens DigitalNexus’ ability to secure funding expeditiously, navigate any level of deal complexity, streamline the development phase, and optimize the operating performance of data centers.
Chris graduated from Boston College and is also an active Angel investor, with a strongportfolio focused on AI startups.
